Membership

 ESRF brings together individuals, companies, and organizations that share interests in our programs of research. ESRF members include individuals and companies that have a diverse range of backgrounds and interests. They include academics, researchers, professionals, policymakers, diplomats, business people, the media and non-governmental organizations. Contributions from our members, through subscriptions and other donations, are a vital source of revenue that helps to sustain ESRF’s independence. 

 ESRF  E-membership is Free. Registered E-members will receive electronic newsletters, announcements, and essential information about upcoming events. 

ESRF-P-membership costs INR 1000 +GST per year.
P-members receive electronic information and can attend Members Events. They will have access to the Member's BLOG. They can request specific information about on-going projects, or provide specific suggestions, criticism, and recommendations regarding the profile, operation, and output of the Institute (as appropriate) and attend two activities/events at a discount rate. They can participate in the member matters forum and can contribute to Institutes News Letter if accepted by the Editor. All P-membership applicants must agree to the Terms & Conditions. Access to benefits (including attending events) will be available only once membership has been approved. P-members will receive the Certificate of Membership.

ESRF-R-membership costs INR 3000 +GST. 

 R-members will have access to the research facilities (Laboratory, knowledge, and mentorship) of the ESRF on chargeable basis subject to the requirement of facilities in research. The Registered R-Member will receive a Membership kit containing writing Pad, pin, badge, T-shirt, and Certificate of Membership. They will receive electronic information and mentorship, guidance supervision regarding their research activities.  They are able to attend Members Events. They will have access to the Institutional knowledge depositary, Member's BLOG and can request specific information about on-going projects, or provide specific suggestions, criticism, and recommendations regarding the profile, operation, and output of the Institute (as appropriate) and attend three activities/events at a discount rate. They can participate in the member matters forum and can contribute to Institutes News Letter if accepted by the Editor. They are eligible to join a collaborative research program and eligible to participate in funded research project All R-membership applicants must agree to the Terms & Conditions. Access to benefits (including attending events) will be available only once membership has been approved. 

ESRF-H-membership is free of cost and given to elected members who are involved in volunteering the ESRF functionalities. They belong to Advisory and Executive member groups.

 H-members will receive electronic information of ESRF.   They are able to attend Members Events. They will have access to the Institutional knowledge depositary, Member's BLOG and can request specific information about on-going projects, or provide specific suggestions, criticism, and recommendations regarding the profile, operation, and output of the Institute (as appropriate) and attend all activities/events at free of cost. They can participate in the Member Matters forum and can contribute to the Institute's News Letter if accepted by the Editor. All H members are part and parcel of ESRF Taskforce. All H-membership applicants must agree to the Terms & Conditions. Access to benefits (including attending events) will be available only once membership has been approved in the Trustee board.
