The SMD rework station and inspection bench is the facility that will provide all useful tool such as hot air solder gun with a different type of nozzles, pick and place tools for SMD devices, third hand for holding the workpiece, temperature-controlled soldering iron, Digital 500X magnifier, stripper, nipper, tweezers, hemostats, deburring tools, crimping tools, Silicone rubber workplace, and other small tools for SMD/ normal PCB fabrication.
After the construction of the prototype electronic circuit board, this prototype needs functional testing. This testing bench has minimal common equipment resources. This bench consists of a Tectronix, 60 Mhz, 1gbps, dual-channel digital storage oscilloscope, Arbitrary function generator, Fluke 4 1/2 digit true r.m.s multimeter, Fluke 3 1/2 digit multimeter, 4- 20mA current source, clamp type digital ammeter and bench type regulated power supply and many more according to testing needs.
